At Visit Scotland, Neil oversees the Business Events team and is responsible for overall strategic direction and the planning of destination marketing.
Padraic Gilligan
Chief Marketing Officer, SITE
Padraic oversees marketing for SITE, the largest global association for the incentive travel industry. He also is a managing partner at SoolNua, a marketing agency that works with destinations, venues and hotels. Prior to founding SoolNua, Gilligan was vice president of Ovation, MCI's global DMC network, and vice president of industry relations at MCI.
Marty MacKay
President, Hosts Global Alliance of DMCs
Marty has spent her entire career mastering the event world. Her professional background began on the client side, where she learned the event business from the ground up while working at a leading fortune 500 company. Since joining Hosts Global in 2013, she has more than doubled the size of the alliance and introduced best practices and standards across the membership. Marty is the immediate past president of the Association of Destination Management Executives International and a leader in the hospitality industry’s focus to drive emergency preparedness.
Nicole Trottier
