Tom Boucher is a vice president in the Velocity B2B unit of CashStar. He brings 14 years of retail gift card experience and over 25 total years of retail experience. Most recently, Tom had full gift card program oversight while with Best Buy, building and managing Best Buy’s highly successful B2B gift card program.

Rhonda Brewer

Rhonda Brewer is the Vice President of Sales at BCD Meetings and Events. She brings more than 30 years of MICE experience including, project management, operations, business development, industry relations, strategy, communications, administration, business solutions, creative services, sales, marketing and leadership. 

Shelly Colla

Shelly Colla, National Sales Manager, Premium Incentive Group, Sony Electronics Inc. Shelly has worked with Sony Electronics for over 20 years and managed the U.S. Premium Incentive Group. With Customer Relationship Management as her core skill, she has built valuable relationships across the industry and she has served as a longtime member of the Incentive Marketing Association.

Mike Donnelly

Mike Donnelly, President of Hinda Incentives, is a 30‐year veteran of the incentives, recognition, engagement, and loyalty industries, Mike is responsible for all leadership aspects of Hinda, including sales, marketing, product development, strategic direction, and operations.

Holly Glowaty

Holly Glowaty, Co-Founder at K+H Connection,  has spent over 10 years working with merchants to create profitable partnerships in FinTech, loyalty/rewards and Sports Marketing, representing major gift card portfolios for JCPenney and Staples and creating numerous loyalty program partnerships.

Jonathan T. Howe

President and Senior and Founding Partner of Howe & Hutton Ltd. Jonathan is also general counsel to Meeting Professionals International, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Association Committee of 100, the Sports & Fitness Industry Association and the International Live Events Association, and special advisor to the American Bar Association Standing Committee on Meetings and Travel.

Tony Lorenz

Founder and/or CEO of four successful event-focused businesses, including his current service to PRA as CEO. Prior to PRA, Tony launched an award-winning online platform, BOB.tv. Tony was also Co-Founder of rEvolution, now one of the largest independent sports marketing firms in the US. 

Mike May

Mike is the 2018 Chairman of the Incentive Research Foundation and President of Brightspot, a full-service performance improvement company. Brightspot manages full-service meetings, corporate events, and incentive programs for enterp rise clients – with industry – leading creativity, flexibility, and commitment to deliver results.

Steve O’Malley

Steve O’Malley is Division President of Maritz Travel. He is an industry veteran and visionary with more than 25 years of experience in a variety of roles from onsite support as a travel director to leading nearly 1,000 associates in the day-to-day operation of one of the industry’s leading companies.

David Meerman Scott

David Meerman Scott is a marketing strategist and author of "The New Rules of Marketing & PR". Previously he was the VP of marketing for two publicly traded technology companies and was also Asia marketing director for Knight-Ridder, at the time one of the world’s largest newspaper and electronic information companies. 

Jesse Wolfersberger

Jesse Wolfersberger is Chief Data Officer for Maritz Motivation Solutions. Jesse leads Maritz’s Decision Sciences team, a group of data scientists who specialize in merging the fields of behavioral science and artificial intelligence, helping brands make data-driven decisions through analytics, machine learning, and statistical analysis.
